A Partner with the firm, Heidi joined Mirador in 2017 as Chief of Staff to optimize efficiency and productivity in the back office as well as help oversee strategic initiatives. During her tenure at Mirador, the company has grown from seven employees to over 70 at present time.
In addition to working with outside resources, Heidi has helped establish and organize internal HR, IT, Marketing and Finance teams. As COO, she has her sights set on processes and systems that will continue to support future growth, including expanded office space in Darien, Salt Lake City and Dublin, Ireland.
