Mikayla joined Mirador as Vice President, Business Development in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Mikayla spent over 12 years at Fieldpoint Private where she was the Director of Digital Platform & Experience. Her responsibilities included managing the administration of the firm’s Wealth Management Platform, which was comprised of its performance reporting and account aggregation, custodial relationships and financial planning applications. Prior to Fieldpoint Private, Mikayla was a Relationship Manager in Family Wealth Advisory Services at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. She serviced ultra-high net worth clients participating in their aggregated reporting service. Mikayla holds a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College.
Mikayla lives in Darien, CT with her husband and three young sons, Carter, William and Ryan. In her spare time, she enjoys running, skiing, and spending time at the beach with her family.
