Heidi joined Mirador in 2017 as Chief of Staff to optimize efficiency and productivity in the back office as well as help oversee strategic initiatives. Leveraging her combination of 15 years of corporate experience with a decade of managing an active household, Heidi brings a unique set of finance, communication, project management, and relationship-building skills to Mirador, ultimately leading her to the current role of COO. Heidi began her career as a Corporate Finance Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Oppenheimer & Co. She then developed her entrepreneurial spirit while simultaneously holding a number of finance and business development roles at an Internet start-up turned public company, such as Manager of Corporate Finance, Manager of Corporate Development and Manager of Investor Relations. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
If she had any free time after juggling work and her kids’ many activities, Heidi prefers to hit the slopes.
