Bruce Arella

Bruce Arella joined Mirador, LLC as a Partner in 2020. Bruce brings over 25 years of proven leadership, business building, family office and merger-acquisition skills to the firm, having served as a family office president, business and fin-tech strategist, virtual family office leader, practice management operator, real estate investor, hedge fund principal and experienced board member. Bruce is the Founder of BSCA Solutions LLC, a strategic management, direct investment, research and advisory consultant firm. Bruce is a member and Board of Advisor for TruView BSI, LLC. TruView is the nexus where the most modern technologies in background screening, investigations, and business intelligence meet expert human analysis. Bruce is also a member and Board of Advisor for Claybrook Capital Management, an investment management advisory firm.

Prior to joining Mirador, Bruce was a Partner and Head of Real Estate for We Family Offices, responsible for leading the $10 billion firm’s real estate activities. Previously, Bruce was a Partner and New York President of Genspring Family Offices, responsible for leading the $23 billion firm’s New York practice. Additional firmwide responsibilities including investment related committees. Prior to these two roles, Bruce worked in asset management holding positions as Chief Operating Officer at Orion Capital Management, Co-Founder and Portfolio Manager at Ardent Fund Management, and Co-Head Trader at Standard and Poor’s. Bruce has served on the Board of Directors for Unity International Group, one of the top electrical and data construction companies in the US for over 15 years. In May 2018 Unity was successfully sold to strategic buyer Engie Corporation, one of the largest global energy and services groups in the world.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and economics from LIU Post University, and he completed the Executive Education Program in Family Wealth Management at Columbia University Graduate School of Business. In his free time, Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as playing golf, tennis, traveling and teaching. One of his lifelong passions has been training and teaching Martial Arts. Bruce is a Black Belt Martial Arts Instructor and International Okinawan Martial Arts Union Award recipient.
