Kimberly Papedis brings over 25 years of experience in the independent advisory space to her position as Chief Development Officer, Institutional Clients Group at Mirador.
Immediately after graduating from Colorado State University, she began her career as a Financial Advisor running an independent wealth management firm of her own before joining Raymond James as a leader in the West. Kimberly joined Wells Fargo Advisors as a SVP for FiNet before she was recruited to HighTower to launch and run their 1099 platform offering.
Kimberly joined her partner (also her spouse) at Fusion Financial Partners. Fusion was launched in 2017 to provide business consulting to individual financial advisors, family offices, and Fortune 500 companies. Her experience includes breakaway transitions, RIA launch, institutional capital raise, business building from launch to growth, and institutional platform builds.
In 2020, Fusion acquired a technology firm and relaunched it as FusionNetix, providing RIA and independent wealth advisors cybersecurity and complete technology packages specific to the independent space. That same year, Fusion also launched Wingman Strategic Partners allowing RIAs to offer scalable insurance solutions that work under the fiduciary umbrella.
When not being a serial entrepreneur, Kimberly also oversees a household with Mike Papedis and their five children: Tyler, McKenna, Cooper, Chloe, and Beckett, and their two spoiled French Bulldogs, Louis Vuitton, and Francois, and a 140-pound Rottweiler, Maui.
