Services We Provide

Our team becomes your middle office partner.

Time consuming, but important to get right, we process all new client documentation, including the coordination of account set-up at the custodian.

Your Mirador team will keep client information up to date and proactively monitor custodians and internal systems for exceptions to act upon in a timely and efficient manner.

In addition to staging and reviewing wire transfers, we oversee cash management and trade processing.

We oversee and execute the entire client reporting process.

Through a thorough background consultation process, coupled with our team’s decades of experience working with private investments, we complete all Reg-D subscription documents, such as; investor profile questionnaires, accreditation status and all other relevant information.

To alleviate the burden of managing multiple inbound capital calls and distributions, we will capture all notices and receive all distributions. Where there are multiple participants, we will manage the prorata contributions or distributions and produce regular detailed reports for all participants.

One of the most important client interactions you have on a regular basis is billing, and it must be accurate. In addition to managing the fee calculation and invoicing process, we execute client account deductions.

We oversee document distribution and collection related to client activity as needed. In addition, we collect and manage monthly statements on your behalf.
